Natalie Bianco has been a resident and home owner in the Sunol/Pleasanton/Livermore area for over 40 years.  She has over 21 years experience and proven success as a licensed agent representing sellers and buyers in the local real estate market.

Natalie specializes in the unique country properties located in Sunol, She dominates the Sunol Community and has successfully closed over 70 real estate transactions in the Sunol area alone.  She has extensive experience with family and modern living communities located throughout the East Bay Area along the 580/680/880 corridor. 

Natalie currently serves as the board president as well as a board member on the Sunol Business Guild since 2003, she works closely with Alameda County and the Town of Sunol maintaining up-to-date knowledge of codes, regulations and building requirements.

A mother of two daughters, Natalie has actively participated in the Sunol, Pleasanton and Livermore School Districts, sports programs and community events.  She works closely with local businesses, contractors and non-profit organizations volunteering her time and lending her expertise to city events, non-profit fundraising and The Alameda County 4-H programs.  These varied and numerous connections are major assets when representing potential buyers and welcoming new residents to the greater community.
